品质保证 Guaranteed Quality  

1、生产线选用的主要关键器件：挤出机头采用瑞士UNITEK公司的高精度自动定心机头；外径测试、偏心测定、高频火花、电容测试等均采用英国BETA公司的高精度仪器；而且挤出机的变频器、温控器、PLC和轴承等均采用德国西门子公司和日本三菱公司的产品。

   Key components in the insulation line: high precision extrusion crosshead with automatic centring produced by Swiss UNITEK, O.D.meter, centrifugal tester, H.F.Spark tester, capacitance tester provided by UK BETA Co., Frequency converter,Temperature controller, PLC and Bearing from Simens in Germany and Mitsubishi in  Japan.

2、成圈工序采用无扭曲成圈机，确保数据线的性能不受影响。喷环机采用澳洲MS公司产的RS707型高清晰喷环机，确保色线清晰。

   Non-twisting coiling machine insures the performance of data cable unaffected.Color-ring machine produced by MS company in Australia makes color clear.

3、检测设备采用权威的美国DCM公司的CMX-2XLD检测系统。

   Advanced CMX-2XLD detection system realized stringent quality control.

4、通过ISO9002质量体系认证。
